我們是燔羽。台灣第一家，把烤鴨帶進白天的 café 。
你可能不知道，有一隻161歲的鴨子，從 1864 年的北京，一路走到今天的台灣。它曾是宮廷御膳，也是街頭老百姓排隊的美食；經歷了時代更替、世代輪轉，卻始終出現在人們餐桌上，成為許多家庭心中，那個「團聚」的味道。而我，從小就是在這樣的味道中長大的。
後來我離開家，到美國念書⋯⋯
You may not realize it, but there’s a duck that’s been traveling through time for over 160 years. Born in 1864 in Beijing, it once graced the tables of emperors and later became a beloved street food, shared by generations of families. It has survived revolutions, migrations, and changing times — and somehow, it’s always returned to the table. For many of us, it came to mean more than a meal. It meant family. Gathering. A sense of home.
I grew up with that flavor. And later, when I moved to the U.S….
